2. On your watch, open up the app and record your first interval

It's important that your watch is paired with your phone,
because WTL app will transfer the token to the phone app the first time you run it.

3. On your phone, open up Garmin Connect mobile app

Make sure your watch is paired with your phone for this step as well.

4. Click the watch icon

5. Click "Connect IQ Apps"

6. Click "Applications"

7. Find WorkTimeLogger and click it

8. Click "SETTINGS"

9. Rewrite your token in the signup for at the top of this page
